About Me

I am a registered Psychologist and Family Therapist who is comfortable working with individuals, children, adolescents, families and couples. My role is to promote wellbeing and empowerment with people who are experiencing

My therapeutic approach is person centred, formulated from both experience and evidenced based models. I draw from Structural, Systemic and Behavioural Family Therapies, Cognitive-Behavioural, Acceptance Commitment, Narrative and Brief Strategic Therapies to explore challenging life experiences, while using experiential therapies to promote resilience and wellbeing.
